Lambertus Vogelzang is the owner and trainer-advisor of Motivaxion.
He was born in a Dutch dairy farm in the Netherlands in 1960, graduated from the Wageningen Agricultural University in 1986 in the field of rural development (planning, agricultural extension, agricultural economics and pedagogy- didactics). Since 1986 he worked/works in different functions in the national and international non-profit and profit sector (policy maker, trainer, advisor, project manager) in the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, the Albanian Ministry of Agriculture, Stoas Wageningen and as a private trainer-advisor. He feels a dedicated connection to develop and implement project activities together with local beneficiaries and clients to improve in a good and co-operative way their living and working standards and qualities.
