I know Mr. Lambertus Vogelzang as trainer consultant since January 2008 when I first participated in his training programme on Participatory Extension planning. Before that I had attended many training programmes conducted by different training institute within India and also abroad, but his training skills have been outstanding. His training was enjoyable, participatory and activating to everyone in the class. In his class we did not just learn from him, but also from our own thinking processes which he activated and also from other participants. His friendly and lively way of dealing with the participants, excellent command over the subject he taught, and skilful way of creating positive learning atmosphere in the class were and have been very special & valuable. The promptness he possesses in responding to the communications of his students is unique. It was these reasons that I invited him to our organization as trainer in different areas six times thereafter till 2010. He delivered very useful trainings to the staff of Agricultural Development trust on leadership skills for managers, Strategic planning for organizational development, participatory extension planning etc.
Various tests, games and films that he uses during the trainings makes the message get easily stuck to the minds of the participants. Personally I was extremely inspired by his teaching style. The Language of his training is simple therefore easy to understand for everyone. I find him one of the best trainers I have ever met.
I wish him good luck for his future endeavours.

“I was a student of Lambertus from 2007 until 2008 at the Dronten Professional Agricultural University. He was more like a consultant and project leader than a traditional teacher for us. Via his lessons we studied, “how to think out of the box”, when we have to solve actual difficulties in the countryside. His lessons were very exciting about Rural Analyses, where we needed to solve real life problems in rural areas by analysing difficult situations. We were taught how to get to understand the point of view of the different stakeholders and interest groups.
